Each band is 3.4" flat circumference, 0.370" wide, and 0.045" wall thickness. This fits most adult wrists comfortably. The silicone is flexible enough to stretch over larger wrists without losing its snap.

Is it comfortable to wear all day?

Yes. The flat silicone profile sits flush against your wrist and doesn't snag on clothing. Most customers forget they're wearing it — until they need it.

Is it waterproof?

100%. Silicone is completely waterproof. Wear it in the shower, at the pool, washing dishes — it doesn't matter. Just dry it off and you're good.

Swear Band comes in 6 colors: Olive (PMS 5763), Steel Blue (PMS 5415), Dusty Blue (PMS 5315), Ash Gray (PMS 421), Charcoal (PMS 433), and Blush (PMS 663). All colors are the same band — just pick your favorite.

What's the difference between the packs?

The Potty Mouth is a 5-pack — great for trying it out or gifting. The Contractor is a 10-pack for committed habit-breakers. The Sailor is a 25-pack for serious cases or sharing with friends, family, or coworkers.

Can I mix colors in one pack?

Currently each pack ships in a single color of your choice. Mix-and-match packs are something we're working on — sign up for our newsletter to hear when they launch.

Can I order multiple colors in one order?

Yes! Just place separate packs in your cart — one per color. For example, if you want Olive and Steel Blue, add a pack of each and they'll ship together in one order. It's the easiest way to stock up on your favorites or share different colors with friends.
